1.All items will only be shipped to the shipping address provided by customer.Please make sure your address is correct.

All shoes are shipped directly from storage.When we shipped out shoes, we will supply tracking number for you.

There is  48-36 hours processing period once payment is received. Once shoes are shipped , we will email you with tracking number so you may track your order.   You will have your products within 7-14 business days (not counting weekends or Holidays). Most orders are processed and received by customers within 10 days . Some orders may take longer due to uncontrollable circumstance. 

2. If your shoes?are out of stock,  We will email you to pick another pair of shoes. Please add sales@louboutinsale.com in your list so  you will get emails from us.

3.No refunds. Unless the incorrect size or incorrect model you reveived!
 
4.If you want to change the shoes, please send it back within 7 days and be responsible for the shipping. (Merchandise must be unworn and in the original packing, and accompanied by the original packing slip so we can properly credit your shoes for another one.)
