1. Delivery Notifications
You will receive an email at the address you have specified when your order has been despatched - this email contains the tracking number so you can track it online right to your door.

2. Delivery areas
We deliver the orders to all countries in the world now.

3. Shipping fee & Delivery timescale
We ship free of charge via EMS/Hongkong post. The delivery time for countries USA, Australia, most countries of South America will be 2 to 3 weeks. For European countries the delivery will take 2 to 4 weeks. In most cases the delivery time is 2 weeks.

Alternatively, the UPS/FedEx/DHL shipping options are available if you would like to have your purchased items more quickly, it takes about 3-5 days. Simply specify your request at the checkout page and pay the additional fee for shipping, we will do the rest.

4. Missed deliveries
If you are not in to receive the delivery at the time the delivery is attempted, your local sorting office will leave you a card. This will allow you to call them to arrange a redelivery at a more convenient time, or alternatively you can collect it from your local sorting office.  Due to security reasons, all items must be signed for and we cannot send items unrecorded.

If for any reason the item is returned to us (e.g. incorrect address specified, item not called for), then we will inform you immediately by email as soon as we receive the item.  From this point forth, you will be given a choice whether you wish us to redespatch the item or for you to cancel the order.  Please note that for items that were undelivered through fault of the consumer and a refund is requested, we reserve the right to deduct our outwardly shipping fees from the refund total.

5. Late deliveries
Although we are able to ship almost every order at the next day, in rare circumstances our shipping capacity can be exceeded and cause a delay of one extra day.  We regret that this situation can occur occassionally, and is an unfortunate situation which is naturally associated with buying online, however this only occurs in rare situations and, should this occur, your order is marked for urgent delivery the following day.

The other circumstance which may cause a delay is when the delivery service itself has a problem. This, again, is a rare situation but is unfortunately beyond our control.  In these situations, we will do our very best to take responsibility for the situation and ensure that your order is delivered as quickly as possible.

6. Additional fee
you will not have to pay for anything but your watch and shipping. We guarantee comfortable and pleasant shopping at Bijouxbest.com

We write gife and less value on shipping bill, so there will be not any customs tax for you.

Return policy

All products sold through Bijouxbest.com are covered by our warranty and return policies. The quality of the product you will receive is guaranteed to be the best in its class, and we absolutely guarantee this. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will refund or exchange your jewerly, you can arrange returning within 15 days of arrival of the order at your shipping destination.

3)The reason you want to make a return. Tracking numbers after your product has been sent out

1. If you are returning products for exchange / refund:
Tampered products will not be exchanged/refunded. This means that if the jewerly have been opened up, or otherwise tampered or damaged, the return/refund policy will be considered null and void.

If you are returning products for refund, the shipping cost which would not be refunded (we had paid  for shipment).

2. If you are returning products for warranty:
1)All our top quality replicas enjoy a full 1 year warranty on all manufacturers' defects. Only manufacturer's defects are covered under warranty. 

2)If any of the products have been tampered with, the warranty is void.

3)If a manufacturer's defect appears on the product within 1 week of ordering, we will replace it with a brand new one.

4)If your product cannot be repaired, we will send you a replacement of the exact same model. If that model is out of stock, then you can choose another product of the same or lesser value.

5)All products must be couriered back to us at the customer's expense.

6)There is no any restocking fee.
